An excellent and free program to crop pictures for your own portraits for use with Baldur's Gate (or other Infinity Engine games) is the FastStone Image Viewer. It includes a crop tool that allows you to specify a size, and move a wireframe around on the image so you can see what you are cropping. Batch processing and lossless conversion to JPEG is also available. |
