| Baldur's Gate is a series of fantasy computer role-playing games set in the "Forgotten Realms" Dungeons & Dragons game world. It uses the Infinity Engine and Dungeons and Dragons game rules. The complete story arc is covered by Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, and the Throne of Bhaal expansion. The Tales of the Sword Coast expansion reveals additional areas but is not plot-critical. |
The Dungeon Siege II fantasy game art on this page has screenshots of various creatures and monsters that may be encountered. The fantasy creatures in Dungeon Siege II are very "familiar": While the creatures were creative enough to be fantastical, often they resemble animals or insects from the real world, and can be considered monstrous variations thereof. It is not until the Broken World expansion that the fantasy game art becomes more creative, daring, and alien. Although the final tally of creatures seems very extensive, in game play it won't feel quite that way because each geographic region has its own mix of indigeneous monsters that are often just recoloured models. |
