The Fantasy Art of Heroes of Might and Magic V - Scenes from The Ship

Heroes of Might and Magic V is a turn-based strategy video game fully rendered in 3D and the game art features classic fantasy creatures in an epic world setting. The story arc is covered in the original Heroes of Might and Magic V game and two expansions, Hammers of Fate and Tribes of the East. A significant sidestory is explored in greater detail in the first-person fantasy role-playing video game Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. This page has fantasy art, game scenes, cutscenes, and gameplay movies from the Heroes of Might and Magic V Original Campaign - campaign 2 "The Cultist" mission 4.

The YouTube playlist below includes scenes concerning a deal with Shadow Dragons. Agrael can agree to the deal with the Shadow Dragons, in which case there are three possible outcomes:
(1) If he brings less than the 100 elves required, he has to start over. Because Sylvan troops under his command constantly desert, assembling 100 elves can be challenging as they will desert on the long trek back to the underground. (2) He can successfully bring the 100 elves required, in which case the Shadow Dragons remove themselves as an obstacle, opening a "back door" to the Sylvan city he must capture. The overland route involves heavily guarded garrisons which can be difficult or impossible to take early in the game. (3) Finally, there is one movie which does not appear in the game, where bringing 100 elves results in the reward of a powerful artifact. This may be the intially intended outcome, and is alluded to in the Shadow Dragons' initial offer.
